Payment Terms: Phone, fax or mail orders must be paid for by check, money order or COD unless other arrangements have been made. Prices are FOB Palmerton PA (you pay freight). Mail orders must include shipping and handling. PA residents please add 6% sales tax.   5. Shipping: All orders are shipped by way of UPS Ground Service unless otherwise requested.
